Is there any friendship between Bananian on banana PI and scanner from Canon Pixma MP280?

I'm asking for help for a novice Linux user in setting up peripherals on the ARM architecture, or rather, on a small machine called Banana PI.
The point here, in general, is what - I connected the Canon Pixma MP280 MFP to the banana. The printer got up without problems, even drivers were not needed - thanks to CUPS for that :) but with the scanner,
$scanimage waved me off with the message "scanimage: no SANE devices found"
