How will the development in the field of Embedded Developer?

Good time of the day. I plan to connect my future life with embedded systems (microprocessors). I am currently a 4th year student. I speak the following programming languages: C, C++, Python. I have experience with SPI, I2C, UART interfaces. Worked so far only with AVR family of microcontrollers and ARM - LPC1114(Cortex M0). The question is, what kind of literature can be read to gain knowledge, or maybe there are some courses in this area? I would be very grateful for help.

The answer from lamazavr suggests, from a practical point of view, the right move. Personally, I did just that, graduating as an electronic engineer 3 years ago, stepped into embedded linux. At the moment, I can use the tools described above, build and port the kernel for different boards, administer localhost, write C programs for linux, drivers for the same SPI, I2C devices. As you can see, I have not gone anywhere from embedded systems, and I am not going to change my profile yet. Unless my professionalism has taken a turn towards telecommunications.
In your place, for a more harmonious development, I would first look into the design of microprocessors and RTOS. Moreover, the latter work on the same microcontrollers that you have dealt with. Now there are still enough devices that do without linux, there are even those for which it is contraindicated.
You can support a good domestic development - embox . For example, take your Tiva C, which is in vain, and implement its support in embox, become a project contributor. Not a weak task, in my opinion, right? When you do, many, and personally I am among them, will envy you.

Of the stm32 controllers, they are used everywhere, well, TI has not been canceled.
If I were you, I would look towards Linux (buildroot, yocto).
Now almost any device can not do without Linux.
+ if anything, it will be relatively easy to change the profile (for example, in Ukraine with embed is now tight IMHO)
