KVM over IP
There is some object (division) in it a group of servers. ONE communication channel comes to the object with a white IP (let's say via etherhet). The channel accepts a firewall router on FreeBSD. It is required to implement a KVM with remote access via the Internet for 8 ports, preferably a rack-mounted one with a built-in monitor and keyboard / mouse. The main problem: how to ensure access to KVM even if the router is down? Are there models that work in bridge mode for the incoming channel and pass it on (to the router) but at the same time provide access to management on a specific port? Or what other connection options are there? The closest I found is KL1508AiM but then again, if you connect it in front of the router, how will the router get its white IP?

If you assume that the router can collapse and cut off the only channel, then you need to duplicate the channel :)
If the monitor is important, then the one you wrote + CN8000 If
not
a monitor, then take something cheaper ATEN CS-88A +

Take some modem and reserve access to kvmka through it
and you won’t get rid of putting on kvm in this way either ...
put ups on both pieces of iron, and a prophylactic reboot if necessary ...
and look in the direction of watchdog
I would suggest putting a separate router with 3g as a backup channel. True, you will have to fool around with a white address and access protection, but here openvpn services will help you ... you just need to choose a router that can openvn and can use the 3G channel in case the main one falls ...
