Kubuntu, skype logged out after reboot, how to solve?

Good afternoon.
Recently I moved to kubuntu, everything suits, only after the reboot, Skype does not start, writes "You cannot use Skype for emergency calls."

If I close from the panel, then at startup, it again asks for data for authorization.

What to treat?

I have the same problem on KDE Manjaro:

It turned out that the problem is observed only on KDE, there are no such problems on the gnome. Need a gnome key manager so that Skype can save authorization.
