Kubuntu 14.04, laptop with lid closed falls asleep on login screen. How to turn it off?

There is a laptop that is used as a system unit. The lid is always closed, an external monitor and keyboard are connected. Installed Kubuntu 14.04 system. When the system boots, we reach the password entry screen, if in a couple of seconds no one has pressed a button on the keyboard, then the laptop falls asleep. With the lid open, this behavior is not observed. How to turn it off?
PS The settings set in "System Settings"->"Power Management" are applied only after the user login and do not affect this situation.

Since there are no experts here, I will answer myself.
/etc/UPower/UPower.conf
IgnoreLid=true

@Spetros

It is necessary to correct the file /etc/systemd/logind.conf
Set (uncomment) the parameter HandleLidSwitch=ignore
