Knowledge base engine

Dear community!
Please tell me some engine for organizing the knowledge base. The requirements are the following:

  1. On the server - PHP/Python + mySQL.
  2. Possible options like joomla + <extension such and such>
  3. Ability to restrict access to the database to unauthorized users
  4. Each article has the ability to attach files and set tags
  5. Open source and free
  6. Cataloging articles by folders and subfolders
  7. Not a wiki.

UPD: Point 2. The extension is such and such - it is desirable to write which one.

Point 7 doesn't fit, but I'll try: DokuWiki. A very convenient thing (IMHO, of course), I especially like storing data in regular files, and not in a DBMS.
This is how I store documentation. Users are very easy to learn.

+1 for DokuWiki, that's where we built our knowledge base.
Why doesn't wiki work for you? If the complexity of the wiki markup scares you, then you can install the WYSIWYG editor plugin. If you don’t like that users can edit pages, then you can disable this in the settings.
And separately about blog engines - IMHO, they are categorically not suitable for a knowledge base. The very specifics of the blog is such that the entries go to the archive and then it is not very easy to get to them. IMHO, the same WP will have to be carefully cut down to the “knowledge base” state with a file (I somehow made a software catalog on WP - of course, there is very little left of the “blog” outwardly and everything generally looks quite normal, but in terms of the admin panel, it’s still not as convenient as it could be).

WordPress is fine. Any blog (see for example my profile) is a natural knowledge base on this engine.

Mediawiki. True, xs, how is it with tags, but cataloging is what you need there.

And if you want to expand your horizons, look towards MODx.
