KMS Windows server license key?

Good afternoon!
I'm not familiar with Win server licensing, and I didn't personally buy it. Now the question arose about deploying the windows activation server in the corp. environment. According to the guide on the page " https://www.microsoft.com/Licensing/servicecenter/... ", in the section "Downloads and Keys -> Windows Server -> Windows Server 2012 R2" there should be MAC and KMS keys, I only have a MAC there.
The question arises: KMS needs to be received / ordered / written separately in those. under.?
(Crawling the site of small soft ones doesn’t really give anything, there are a lot of broken pages and in general for the last 2 days something has been bad for them all working)
