"Kleopatra" ("gpg4win") does not see the GPG module. What is the problem?
I suspect that the next "update" of Windows has made its own adjustments. Reinstalling doesn't solve it.

The module itself is installed. On a virtual machine with wine 10 dick, understand which assembly from the same installer the program is installed and works right away.
