Key for signing and testing an iOS app on a device?

While Apple is approving a legal entity, can I use another person's key to test the app on a phone? How is it all tied to iTunes and accounts?

If another person agrees to give you his private key for signing, then it will not be reflected in any way. The main thing is to have the right profiles.
After the approval, you will be able to sign with your key.
