After 5 projects, jss 50% appeared. There was one canceled project.
I'm afraid now it will be difficult to take orders ..

One canceled, what about the rest? Completed or not?
If you already have loyal customers, offer them to close the current contract with a good score and open a new one. This is how you get positive feedback.
