There are many different rich edit / WYSIWYG controls for editing and formatting text - with inserting images, tables, links, etc. For example: www.webdesignerdepot.com/2008/12/20-excellent-free...
Question: is there any similar control with an interface in Russian? Or with a convenient localization option, i.e. connection of the Russian language.
