JS, PHP, Python, SQL, or what to learn for a FullStack developer, after a parsed layout, so that tasks are built in steps?

Good day to all comrades :)
I started studying web development on my own, I understood html5 + css, I work with gulp (conveniently), I started using JS libraries to animate the site (jquery, slick-slider) so far I have only come across them.
1.1 But for example, I wrote the layout and did everything on the site, is this the finished frontend?
1.2 What's next? I understand the backend is written?
Questions in this topic are easy, and google for a little time, but you know, there are no programmers from the environment, but I want to be in a group :)
Thank you for your help :)
