How and where to write articles with your own thoughts?

I think I'm not the only one interested in this question... For three years now, some thoughts on the architecture and philosophy of programming have been gathering dust in the stash boxes. Thoughts are reinforced by the code of several experimental home projects. I tried to write articles - but every time (despite the fact that I was conducting research on subject areas) I was afraid of profanity on my part. Dropped articles.
The question is - is there any resource where you can upload articles with your own thoughts and projects, with the expectation of an expert discussion around the material, to look at the issues disclosed in the articles from the other side? Habrahabr, as I understand it, is not very suitable as such a resource - articles are expected there rather on proven topics? Or can you risk it?
