jQuery active menu item highlight plugin?

Tell me a jQuery plugin to highlight the active menu item when scrolling the page. The menu is adaptive and on the mobile version it turns into a "hamburger". When the menu is opened, the item where the user is currently located should also be highlighted.

There is no need for a plugin, just a little bit of code.
