Joomla 3, error displaying the error page, how to fix?

I installed Apache + muscle + php + mods (pearl / python) on Linux, registered hosts, everything seems to work fine,
I try to install Joomla, unpacked it to the root of the site (www / site) registered everything to the database (by the way, where should be the configuration. php in the installation or in the root of the site, have you tried this and that?), but when you try to enter the page it says:
"Error displaying the error page", even created a separate user in the database, the connection parameters are correct, I checked it on wordpress, I also set it for the first time , everything started without problems.
I already tried to give permissions, I don’t care about files / folder 777, the result is the same ...
Of course, there is not enough information to answer, but it can read some logs, or a full installation where there is along with Apache, etc. ?
I saw the installation with lamp, but as I understand it, this is a bunch of everything that is needed, but I already don’t want to reinstall everything ...

# apt-get install mysql-client mysql-server
PS I tried changing mysqli to mysql doesn't help
also mysqli.dll uncommented in php.ini didn't help either...

Clearing the /cache folder helped me once.
The second time it didn’t help))) But I just reinstalled everything there) This is not advice)
