Change template. If the site name disappears, then it is displayed in this particular template. Then open the template settings and see them. If you can’t disable this option there, then you need to go into the source code and comment it out there.
If the site name remains when you change the template, then this is a module. Disable all modules in turn and see if the inscription has disappeared.
Well, in the settings of the Material Manager, also look, maybe it is somehow regulated there.
