How to put your website on CMS?

Hello, I want to learn how to upload my sites to CMS.
At the moment I have little knowledge in CSS,HTML,Jqyery.
On the Internet I can’t find anything other than video lessons that could show you step by step how to plant your site on any cms)
Can you tell me where to look and which CMS to choose?

1. Take any CMS you like. For example, Joomla or Wordpress.
   
2. You understand for some time the architecture and basic concepts - what is a component, module, plugin. Each CMS has its own set of concepts, you just need to get used to it.
   
3. Take a lesson on creating a template from scratch with or without Dummy Template ( example ). And transfer the website made in HTML + JS + CSS to CMS

The ready-made layout is the easiest to transfer to MODx .
If you are confident in working with html, then dealing with this system will not be difficult.

First you need to understand PHP and then start learning CMS before you understand them with php, don’t even bother

If you need to transfer the content part (ie, affecting the template), then choose any CMS from those specified in the tags. You don't need to know any special PHP basics.
