Joining a domain from 2domains to a site that has reg.ru, how to do it?

I don't know how to direct the domain to the site, I hope you can help me :)
Everywhere it says that you need to enter the DNS server (ns1.hosting.reg.ru ns2.hosting.reg.ru) but how will this help me join the domain to the site, not hosting?
