Whether it is possible to transfer winserver2003+AD+DNS on other iron?

Hello, there is a physical server with windows server 2003 + AD + DNS. I want to turn it off for maintenance. To replace server1, I use server2, I have already transferred the system and all the necessary partitions from 1 to 2 (acronic b&r10). I ran 2, installed the missing drivers, checked the logs, there are no errors in ad and dns. In a few days I plan to return to server1. What didn't I learn? Could there be harmful effects?
PS I know that server2 could be made a backup CD, it does not suit me.

They don’t do this, raise the second ds, transfer the roles, remove the first ds from the domain, and then everything in the same order

Switch to virtual servers and forget about the headaches when moving to another hardware.

And that's it? Is there anything else on this server?
There is no point in cloning a single DC. There is a risk of losing the domain.
It is better to raise the second server from scratch, turn on the necessary roles, turn off the first one.
Then, after repair, turn on the first one, after a couple of hours turn off the second one.
