JavaScript library for mobile platforms?
I don't know if something similar exists in nature, so I'm asking. Priority browsers - Opera Mini and standard for iOS.
I would like to have the following features (in descending order of priority):
1. Event handling, something like onTap (touching the screen), onSlide (moving your finger across the screen with X and Y coordinates), onZoomIn and onZoomOut (pinch and spread fingers);
2. Correct detection of the browser and platform (I think you can do without specific versions);
3. The simplest animation effects, appearance and disappearance, change of position;
4. The ability to easily change the CSS properties of the object.
If there is, please provide a link. If this exists and someone worked with it, describe the sensations :)

I only know Sencha: www.sencha.com/products/touch. Very heavy, but works well on IDEVICEs. I did not test it in the Opera, it is unlikely that there is anything for it at all.
And what's the difference if the mobile screen is at least 800 * 600? Both Android and IOS have JS in browsers.
There is a site for determining the performance of JS, it can be used to assess whether this piece of iron is suitable for JS.
For example, this one: www.smashcat.org/av/canvas_test/
