Javascript continuous integration jenkins vs Grunt - standard practice?

Hello, actually the question is clear from the topic, but I will add.
You need a bootstrap project (generated by :>yo webapp) to be automatically uploaded to the nginx server.
Interested in what is the standard practice in javaScript projects, which is better, preferable?
Googling, I realized that it is possible with both jenkins and grunt.
Tell me more specifically what to read on this topic in order to do this.

It will be easier on grunt, you can also look at gulp.
