Javarush internship and what are the alternatives?

Hello! Now I am finishing my training on javarush, and I have a choice to go through the so-called internship on the same resource or choose an alternative option. I would like to hear your opinion, especially those who took courses on javarush and did an internship there. At the moment, as an alternative, here is such an option Topjava , where the training is just about the technology stack that usually sounds in vacancies for java programmers + a more or less small price for training on this resource. I myself am not completely new to programming, I just don’t have much experience in commercial development (on the strength of 6 months), at the moment I work in the telecom field and I want to change the type of activity and move to another city.
