Java.lang.IllegalStateException: aidl is missing?

when synchronizing, it throws an error
Error:Execution failed for task ':mobile:compileDebugAidl'.
> java.lang.IllegalStateException: aidl is missing
tried with android 6.0 7.0 5.1 lolipop on
different sdk tools still the problem does not disappear in google I did not find a solution please help
