Can a Google Play developer be unbanned?
Hello.
Two years ago I was fond of developing for Android, but mostly it was as a hobby. Published apps on Google Play. Some of the apps contained some pretty specific content (don't think anything illegal) which resulted in multiple warnings and eventually I got banned.
I tried to register again with a different card, publish applications with different icons and descriptions, but they still banned me.
Now I decided to return to development, but to approach the issue more seriously. True, as I understand it, I won’t be able to register - they will ban me again. Or not?
Can the attitude change in a few years, and they will change sin for mercy? Where to write, if so?

I don't understand why it's so strict. The fact that over the past couple of years the player has been put in order and the rules have been tightened is good. But to ban developer accounts for life for just a few harmless applications, and without trial or investigation, is nonsense. The developers are collecting a petition, trying to change the attitude of Google.
Who bans? Apparently, any left desk can snitch on your application if something is wrong there. And also a robot or a moderator can ban (when the application is first loaded). The application is blocked without warning and without the possibility of recovery.
