When trying to synchronize from the iPhone Wi-Fi Sync menu, he writes Looking for Macbook... and that's it. Surprisingly, Remote works great. The router has WMM and IGMP Proxy enabled.

Thank you all, the problem was not in the router) For some reason, the MobileDeviceHelper service did not start in OS X 10.9 Mavericks, so it did not see the iPhone. Deleted *.kext for the helper, reinstalled iTunes, rebooted a couple of times and after some time the iPhone showed up in the list!
