iTunes freezes on a podcast?

I turn on iTunes, everything works fine as soon as I click on podcasts, everything freezes, I tried to reinstall, sync still hangs.
Is there any way to delete all podcasts and their list without the help of iTunes?
Or it is worth deleting it completely, but then you will have to refill the entire media library.
