Italian keyboard mac how to remove?

Hello everyone, I have only 2 keyboards enabled in my settings: US and Russian. When I restart the computer, for some reason, by default, I get an Italian keyboard for entering a password with the ability to select a language for any other, how can I remove this? How to make only US and Russian keyboard available.
