Me for motivation.
Please tell me Russian-language blogs with the following criteria:
The blogger receives the main income from his own Internet project (important!).
Travels several times a year (downshifters here).
He writes mainly about his project, IT trends, travels.
The blog is lively, visited, positive.
There is an RSS feed.

If you are not able, using IT technologies, to find such blogs with bloggers on your own ... then I have bad news for you ... An IT blogger will turn out of you the same as a bullet out of shit.
Nothing personal - just observations.
