Can anyone recommend a high-quality and fast program (can be paid) for recording and editing the screen, an alternative to camtasia, which has already got its brakes and bugs?
Basic moments:

• Russian interface
  
• high speed
  
• modern design chips and special effects inside
  

ps I don't need a bunch of options, I see articles where there are 20-50 alternatives, I start to put - full well .., that is, one option is better, but personally tested by you and selected from dozens of others, which really works better than camtasia.
