PS On Habré I met some articles from the developer of similar system. But when needed, I can't find it. Maybe someone remembers these articles on Habré or can suggest similar solutions.

As far as I remember, the platform was on Go or something similar.

It is not entirely clear what kind of blogging platform you need. If you are looking for software to deploy a blog (or several blogs) on your hosting, then start with wordpress. If you do not hang plug-ins on it, then it is cheap and cheerful. If with plugins, then it will be "bohat". And in any case - very reliable.
