It makes more sense to take a ryzen 7 2700x but with a regular motherboard, or a 7 2700 with a good mat. overclocking board?

The budget allows two options:
Ryzen 7 2700 on ASUS PRIME X470-PRO, or Ryzen 7 2700x but on MSI B450-A PRO for example.
What is better, more logical?
How noticeable is the difference between the prots?
And which one would you recommend. the board is not listed, so that there are no problems with the firmware, etc., dancing with tambourines, because I'm not a super pro, I'm just learning))
up to 10k. but this is if under the percentage of 7 2700 .. in the price they have a difference of 6k

@vaut

I would take a more expensive motherboard.
1) the difference in the frequency of the overclocked processor is highly dependent on chance and it is not at all a fact that 2700x will be faster after overclocking.
2) a more sophisticated motherboard may have more processor power phases, which will have a positive effect on overclocking.
3) ryzens are very sensitive to the frequency of RAM. Again, a more expensive board may have better layout resulting in better performance.
4) in 2-3 years it will be possible to upgrade the PC with a new processor. You can expect +10-30% performance from them for a reasonable price. So I would invest more in motherboard.
PS Ryzen's memory runs only if 1 bar per channel...
