It looks like all ssh ports are closed, what should I do?

After installing the LAMP stack and python 3.5 and rebooting, all ports were closed for access via ssh. Previously I changed the ssh access port for security purposes, but now you can't connect through it. There is no physical access to the server, only port 80 is open. What should I do?
