How to install pdf2htmlEX?

I have centos trying to install pdf2htmlEX, https://github.com/coolwanglu/pdf2htmlEX/wiki/Building.
Server throws errors:
CMake Error: your CXX compiler: "CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER-NOTFOUND" was not found. Please set CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER to a valid compiler path or name.

I'm not strong in administration, so I just don't understand how and what is put.

Well, first of all, it is quite clearly written in the output what the matter is. Easy enough to read.
It needs poppler 0.25.0 or newer.
Secondly, it is better not to turn the system into a dictionary and look for already built packages and connect the appropriate repositories.
