How to run PHP commands over SSH in McHost?

Hello,
I connected to the site via WinSCP , the connection worked successfully.
Now I need to run a command on the command line, for example:
php yii socketio
When I try to run, the following error occurs:

error 500 is issued
How can I run such commands?
for example, everything works fine on the OpenServer console (Windows).
Thanks in advance for the answers, I asked a question in support of McHost, but so far everyone is silent.

You need a terminal, not a console. Download putty and run through it
