Good day.
Back in 2012, a domain registration was made in the .biz zone with a
reseller. Then there was no idea about these details.
The domain was in my name.
A year ago, the domain was renewed once again, but alas, it did not last.
It was found that the service has a new owner. Who kindly offered to transfer the domain to his new panel.
As a result, the domain, apparently, in whois is not my data, the administrator is "admin domain"
How to find the ends and return myself to whois? Ideally, transfer to a normal panel to a reliable registrar.
ps I can renew the domain, there is access to the panel where it was transferred (subreg.cz)

I see no reason to be concerned. It looks like you have WHOIS privacy enabled. https://subreg.cz/en/ :

You should rejoice - many registrars have such a service for a fee! If you don't like it and can't find where this service is disabled, write to support.

Yes, everything is OK, data hiding works. Don't worry, this is common with European registrars due to the GDPR.
