But in this regard, you don’t have to rely too much on freelancing, since there is no quality control here in principle, and customers don’t really care about this ... and freelancers / studios sell what they can / can, given that there are no universal tools, it looks pretty sadly.

If PUSH notifications are needed, then this is no longer MVC, but СQRS-ES ... and php / python / ruby are rather poorly suited for this, since they use the hardware capacities of servers rather poorly, and they do not have native multithreading / asynchrony without crutches - there were cases where people jumped from ruby to golang and java, got a 10-fold increase in performance and a corresponding decrease in the number of servers.
