Here I also have a brother, I heard for him for a long time that he draws well, and in general he went to study as a programmer ... Upon arrival, I invited him to a meeting, I also told him to take his friends who need a job in IT.
Came with a friend, they are graduating this year, talked, showed them the code of my application on which I am currently working, learned about them.
They are classmates, one of them draws well by hand, even draws to order. Another, more of an engineer, does not draw, in fact, as it is, studies php, now he is writing a thesis, he will take this technology.

So I want to develop software, generally engage in IT. At the moment, I don’t have a specific project that would give me money, but the desire to organize such a circle is simply unrealistic, there are people here who are also interested, but there is some kind of fear, what if these my programmers leave, what’s my branch becomes unprofitable.
Now I want to create a condition for all of us, that is, an office (it already exists), such that they can always come there, involve them in projects, shift responsibility to them and help them.
Soon after graduation, they will go to full-time work, they will sit from 9 to 6. In the meantime, they are working on one project.
I also want to do SEO, contextual advertising, for this I want to find more people.
