IT education. Choosing a university: PMI (HSE) or Computational Engineering Science (Technical University Aachen, Germany)?

Good afternoon! I am finishing 11th grade in 2020. I choose a university for education in the field of IT. The choice turned out to be somewhat unexpected, so I advise. I have benefits (olympiads) for admission to the HSE at the faculty of PMI. I also received an invitation from the Rhine-Westphalian Technical University of Aachen (one of the leading technical universities in Europe) https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhenish-Westphalian...
The offer from Aachen was unexpected. I filed the docks, passed the interview, a month later I was invited immediately to the 1st course (usually in Europe they take after a year of study at a Russian university). I doubt it, mainly because they offered a multidisciplinary course, where IT is only part of the process. Here is the program in detail

Perhaps someone has a similar experience or the view of a professional practitioner. Thanks in advance. Konstantin.

The choice, in my opinion, is obvious: the Technical University of Aachen. Of the pluses:
1) European education (even according to purely formal criteria, this is a plus, regardless of the quality of education)
2) Language (English + German)
3) It will be easier to get a job and integrate into society
4) Leave Russia relatively easily and on good terms ( it has been relevant for quite a long time, but recently ... in general, you yourself understand)
Well, if you don’t like something in your specialty, you will orient yourself on the spot. You will take other courses or change direction (perhaps already at the master's degree).

Don’t even think, choose a European education, everything is bad with ours :(
But I would like to warn you that in Europe (I don’t know about your university) education is rather narrowly focused, it’s + for someone, for someone -, for example, I would like to cover for myself as much as possible more information during training without very deep study, but still understanding a certain area by 150% is very cool.
