Courses / master classes for beginner programmers in Kharkov

My brother became interested in programming and is now self-taught. Reads books, makes his first hello worlds.

I took up HTML + CSS and Java in parallel.

I would like to make him a useful and pleasant gift for New Year's Eve. Perhaps someone has real experience where to go to courses / master classes in Kharkov? They are not interested in those offices from the last century that can be found on google, but in really working specialists who teach up-to-date information. Ideally, it should be some kind of incubator for future employees with a working IT company.

Please advise.

You know, it already depends on his level, to which he managed to reach. If he has not yet made much progress in all this, then why not "offices from the last century." They provide basic knowledge. Though the last century, though not the last, the logic and base does not change much. Personally, I taught the outdated VC++ 6 at university, and yet many of our group are successfully developing in modern IDEs. Why shouldn't he start with this? (I'm not specifically talking about VC++6). These are the old versions that are taught, on the contrary, it is easier with an unloaded interface. Again, all this is IMHO
PS Regarding specifically Kharkov, I recently encountered a similar one. However, almost everything is “from the last century”, STEPS and so on. If I'm not mistaken, Stella Systems had some courses that were quite relevant. But I don't remember exactly, maybe some other office
