Issues on Lenovo A1-07 tablet with battery

Good day.
There is a Lenovo tablet, model A1-07.
I often use it on the road as a navigator or reader (depending on what I'm on the way), sometimes surfing the Internet abroad via WiFi.
But here, due to circumstances, the tablet lay at the bottom for several months.
After, once again I wanted to turn it on, but gave an error with the following content:
"Illegal battery. The system will power off" (PS "Unofficial battery. The system will be turned off").
The battery itself seems to be discharged and refuses to charge (the indicator flashes when charging is connected, although it should be constantly on).
The battery is native, the tablet has not been opened, even the factory film on the back is still, the system was Android 2.3, NOTrutovan, the tablet is about 2-3 years old, it worked properly.
I wrote a ticket to Lenovo, but so far they are silent.
Google search showed the same questions on various sites (including foreign ones), but there are no results anywhere.
Please help.

The issue was resolved in a different way: I dismantled it, disconnected the battery, connected the cord to the computer, connected the battery - profit, it worked ...
now, for some reason, the touch does not work ...
too - I'm sitting poking around, I'm trying xD

Disassemble the tablet, measure the voltage on the battery.
If it is below the norm, charge it with a third-party charger, possibly bypassing the controller.

Hello! There was a problem with the Lenovo S5000-H tablet, I decided to use a headset to watch videos, (the tablet is not a year old) I used it for 2 days, then I decided to use the device without headphones, pulled it out, the sound was a couple of seconds and disappeared, I tried a couple more times, that the same story, now the tablet plays sound only on the headset, without it silence! I rebooted, looked at the settings, updated, nothing helps! Today, 5 minutes typing a message, I heard rustling instead of clicks. What have I done and what can it be, tell me!!! There is no way to go to the service yet.
