ISPmanager Lite - problem with an extra user

Gentlemen, in general, the problem is on the screen.
There is a server with ISPmanager Lite on which I added another user from the console via useradd. As a result, ISPmanager somehow "burned" him and added him to the list of users. Now he tries to backup it with built-in tools and swears in the logs because the operation is impossible.
How to remove it from there?

If the user does not need a password (for example, you only log in using su, or only with keys via ssh, or only via cron), then you can put * in the second field in /etc/shadow instead of the salted password (or put ! ) - then ispmanager will ignore it.
