How to use ip without domain on ispmanger?

Maybe a dumb question for some, but still.
climbed here to test vpn with ispmanege-rum
there is ip. and there is no domain!
How can I temporarily use ip without a domain?
so that the site would work on the ip address where isp was installed, I
looked for information on the net and did not find it.

Start an arbitrary domain in the ISP. make it the default domain and it will open when accessed by ip.
