isometric shortcuts not working in Lazy Nezumi Pro what's wrong?

Only two of these options do not work, maybe I do not understand how they work. Can you tell me how to see them in action?
option - Isometric - Rotate current angle (Isometry - Rotate the current angle)
tooltip to it - Press key to rotate current angle (in manual mode) by this amount (in degrees).

You are in the links section. That is, now if you are already rotating, then by pressing Num +\- you will change the rotation step (constraint)
And probably look for the rotation activation in General Shortcuts
PS: I don’t know what Lazy Mezumi is, all of the above can be seen from the screenshot.
