Is Windows 7 banned for trying to activate it with an activation key from the Internet?

I want to upgrade Windows to version 10, but for this I need activated version 7.
Question: can they block the system if I find an activation key on the Internet and if I successfully try to activate Windows, I can then legally upgrade it to version 10?

@DAS3816

When they started talking about a free update, I installed 7-ku, installed kms, upgraded to 10-ki, activation legally got up. After 4 years (or how much since the release), I reinstalled Windows more than once (once every six months), even put "assemblies from Vasyan", the activation did not crash, I did not catch the ban.
Try it)))
But the purchased key from eBay / blogger links is not legal

Google, why are you putting this in my feed?
There is nothing legal in such a scheme. Licensing is a legal concept, not software or hardware.
