I downloaded the Prepare utility from the Microsoft website, everything is as it should be.
It was updated to 10, but it does not work for me as it should, rolled back to 8.1.
But now in the Update Center it constantly asks to upgrade to 10k. Hiding the update notification helps only until the reboot.
How to remove this Prepare?) Or how to let Windows know that I no longer need it?)
