Is using Bootstrap in a project good or bad?

Is it worth using bootstrap in the project or is it still worth getting confused and writing your own grid. I don’t consider various js frameworks because of the importance of semantics and the lack of a backend.

Then you will need to immerse other developers into it.
And most importantly, what is it all for?
The bootstrap grid is a reliable layout skeleton that works everywhere and does not break. And everyone knows her anyway.
