Is using Bootstrap in a project good or bad?
Is it worth using bootstrap in the project or is it still worth getting confused and writing your own grid. I don’t consider various js frameworks because of the importance of semantics and the lack of a backend.

A lot of time will be spent on writing your grid, testing it and documenting it.
Months, maybe years.
Then you will need to immerse other developers into it.
And most importantly, what is it all for?
The bootstrap grid is a reliable layout skeleton that works everywhere and does not break. And everyone knows her anyway.
The 4th bootstrap has a good mesh on flex. Plus, you can always change the parameters through variables. And take only the grid.
In general, yes, everything from tasks. Recently I had a chance to make an admin panel, it was decided to use many elements of the bootstrap. Turned out great and very nice
For some admin panel where a unique design is not needed, bootstrap top. It will greatly speed up the layout, while everything will be beautiful, and you can score on a large bootstrap weight in the admin panel. And for a unique design, you can take only the grid from the bootstrap, the rest in the bootstrap will be useless precisely because of the specific design. Or you can take smartgrid - a good solution.
