Is Upwork blocking accounts for no reason?
Good afternoon.
Acc blocked. the reason is irregular activity. It seems that all the reviews are 5 stars and nothing foreshadowed trouble.
Already wrote 100 times in support. I can't figure out the reason for the ban. Upwork support has included a solution to the alien.
irregular activity - what is it? (I don’t use vpn, correspondence with the customer was carried out in a slack, I didn’t break the rules, I worked with 1 customer only). Who has already experienced this? Are there any steps to get out of the ban?

Hello, accounts are automatically held, your letter says that you need to reply to the letter or attach its text if you write to support through the form .
Hello Alex. For the same reason, I was blocked yesterday. I wrote many letters, but they told me that information about the investigation was not disclosed, supposedly they know everything. I even wrote a letter to the general manager on Linkedin. I also worked honestly did not break anything. They even wrote from support saying do not write letters, we do not respond to such requests from people like me. I also wrote to the Facebook group. They wrote to me that they are forced to block those who can negatively influence me on others. It generally goes beyond all the limits of common sense. I just started working. I took the first client, they left me a good review, and then we started a new project. I also bought an account plus. They charged me and blocked me the next day.
I was also blocked - "due to site activity that indicates you are not using the platform for permitted purposes". When asked what exactly it means, they sent the same thing.
My history is less than 56 connections per month, one completed project. At the end of October, I passed two-step authentication. Didn't withdraw money, didn't even try. The last three weeks I have only been in a couple of times, but I have not been active. And then this arrives in the mail
