I left Russia and created an account on upwork, in fact I am still a resident of Russia until 180 days have passed since I was in another country. I'm worried that if I specify a Russian address, they will block me. And is it normal if I indicate the address of residence in another country?

You can change location on Upwork. But then you need to send confirming documents to [email protected] You
need any documents confirming that you now live in a new place: utility bills, lease agreement, local social services. cards or ID cards.
Regarding the withdrawal of money to Russia. If you have already added Payment methods, then they will continue to work. About adding new ones is unknown. Perhaps they will not be allowed to add a new method for withdrawing to Russia.
