Is this touch monitor suitable for professional digital pen drawing?

I set myself the task of transferring from the old Wacom Bamboo to something more convenient. Wacom has such a line - Cintiq and MobileStudio. These are already full-fledged tablets with a touch screen. So, Microsoft Surface Studio came out which is divine for artists and illustrators. The problem with these cool devices is the price. 3-5k green.
I found this monitor https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/UM.HT2...
It's 2k, 27 inches, touch sensitive, and can, like the Surface Studio, take a near-horizontal position (Great!). But I began to doubt that there would be a pen that would be able to draw clearly enough on this display, given the pressure and tilt of the pen. For example, Wacom Pro Pen 2, as I understand it, generally only works on the iPad Pro. Smaller Surface Pens only work on their computers. How to be? Is there a Monitor/Pen that can provide me with the same?

Most touch monitors do not support pressure recognition, just the usual multi-touch like on smartphones. If Wacom prices don't suit you, you can look at the Chinese Bosstouch . 500 bucks for 22" and FullHD
