Is this the case in all universities? And how can one find a job with such an education?
Good afternoon friends. The question is a little off the profile of the resource, but still.
I study at a key technical university in a provincial city with a population of over a million.. As an economist. But this is not the point, but the point is that I am already in the 3rd year of study and they do not give any practical knowledge. Yes, and the theory is weak, already the 3rd year and how we learn from year to year Taylor da Fayol. Is it like this everywhere, sorry for the expression "game", or just me?

Practical knowledge at the university is generally rarely given.
Usually at a university they give fundamental knowledge, plus erudition, plus practice from solving problems - it develops the brain, which will then be able to solve problems.
Develop yourself. Look for internship options. Be interested in what exactly people who are already working in your profile are doing and try to master it yourself.
How can you ask such questions in the 3rd year? For me, before entering the university, you need to know and understand such things. And you, as if from pink clouds, climbed down.
It is very good that you have already thought about this... The 3rd year student was supposed to divide the flow of students into clubs according to their interests. The fact that you got bored, sorry, that's great. In most cases, academic education is a rather tedious task. If you can’t change the university, then I suggest you stop thinking that somewhere they teach better and more interestingly: millionaires, with rare exceptions, are very similar. An option to make the learning process more exciting is to try to find a practical application for yourself, and try to convert your knowledge into experience on this, then transform the experience into a skill and try to translate it into wealth.
Alas, most of the universities in Russia should be completed only for the "crust".
in fact, you should acquire practical knowledge every year in summer practice
